STUDENTS
As a student in high school, college or graduate school, Voluntours(sm) can help you plan a travel experience that you will never forget. As a Voluntourist, you will be able to fulfill your interest in travel and desire to perform good works, while meeting your school's community service requirements.

TEACHERS
As a teacher, you can plan and facilitate student field trips, field/service learning, and internships whether for a day, a week, a month or more using Voluntours(sm). As a high school, college or graduate studies professor, refer your students to Voluntours(sm) as a valuable resource for experiential learning and/or to fulfill their community service requirements for graduation. Teachers can also choose to join or lead their students in Voluntour(sm) activities.

Whether you plan travel during the Holidays, Spring Break or Summer, Voluntours(sm) can help you plan and organize service activities and service learning projects. You choose the amount of time you would like to dedicate and the types of projects that interest you, let Voluntours(sm) and our partners do the rest.

Imagine working with indigenous peoples of Australia or Brazil, protecting shoreline habitats in Alaska, building a home for a family in San Diego or painting a chapel at a homeless shelter for kids in Baja California.

Once you have returned from your Voluntour, you can share your experience with other students through our web site, we will also provide a forum for the individuals and groups that have been helped by Voluntourists like you.

As more state educational standards, colleges, graduate programs and employers use volunteer service records as a required mandate or primary selection criteria, teachers and students need a resource and referral for volunteer opportunities, particularly those that can be fulfilled during free time, such as vacations and travel.
